Shipping & click & collect

We dispatch UK orders 6 days a week from our Manchester store. Here is everything you need to know about delivery options, timings and how we package your cards.

UK delivery

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — typically 2–3 working days from dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — next working day from dispatch on orders before our daily cut-off.
• Free shipping on UK orders over our threshold (shown at checkout).

Dispatch times

Orders placed before our cut-off on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed in the evening, on weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.

Click & collect

Choose Click & Collect at checkout to pick your order up from the Manchester shop, free of charge. We will email you as soon as it is ready — usually within a few hours during opening times. Bring your order confirmation and ID.

International shipping

We ship internationally on request — drop us a message via the contact page with the items and your country, and we will quote postage. Note that customs charges and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

How we package your order

• Sealed product is bubble-wrapped and shipped in rigid boxes sized to fit, so booster boxes and ETBs arrive in mint shape.
• Singles are sleeved in a perfect-fit and toploader, then placed in a rigid mailer.
• Cards over £20 are double-sleeved and shipped tracked.
• Cards over £100 are sent signed-for as standard.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 7+ working days, or your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, get in touch and we will open a case with Royal Mail and sort a replacement or refund.
