If you’ve placed a multi-product order, please disregard your tracking information at this time. Unfortunately, a technical issue we previously resolved has unexpectedly reappeared, affecting some tracking updates.

Additionally, we’re currently facing some logistical challenges following the recent fire at our facility, and Royal Mail is also experiencing national system issues today, which may further delay deliveries.

Despite these setbacks, our team is committed to getting all outstanding orders dispatched today or tomorrow using a 24-hour delivery service. We'll be working late into the evening to ensure this happens.
